Do you hold a liquor license and
what type of events can you service?
Off the Wagon Mobile Bar operates as a dry hire bar. This means you'll need to procure the alcohol separately, and from there, we'll manage everything else!
We're equipped to cater to various private events, including weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and corporate gatherings. For public events, kindly reach out to us, as obtaining the necessary permits falls under the client's responsibility.
Do you help me with ordering the alcohol for the event?
Certainly! We'll guide you through the bar planning process step by step, ensuring that every detail is meticulously addressed. We offer helpful tips and tricks to streamline the alcohol ordering process. Additionally, we can arrange to pick up your order, alleviating any pre-event stress in the days leading up to your occasion.
Do you provide the bartender?
Indeed, we offer skilled bartenders for your event. Off the Wagon Mobile Bar is designed to support 1 to 2 bartenders operating from the trailer. Should your event neeed more than 2 bartenders, we can arrange additional bar stations outside the trailer as required. All bartending staff is RBS certified.
RBS certification- Responsible Beverage Service training teaches servers to responsibly serve alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption and mitigate alcohol-related harm in California communities.

Our packages are tailored to each event based on various factors such as location, duration, guest count, bartender count, and requested services. Begin by reviewing our sample packages. What services do you provide?
Each event is distinctive, so please reach out to us for a personalized quote. Our basic packages encompass the mobile bar, 1 to 2 bartenders, ice, plastic cups (or glass cups if provided), and napkins. We want to wow your guests and are open to incorporating your own decor into the setup.
For packages inclusive of craft cocktail service, we offer a selection of enticing options for you to consider during your consultation. Our expertise lies in crafting cocktails using fresh organic ingredients and infused syrups.

Is Off the Wagon Mobile Bar Insured?
Yes! We carry general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance, and can add specific event insurance to meet venue requirements upon request.
Do you travel beyond the 30 mile radius?
We're enthusiastic about hitting the road! Our base rental rates include one hour of travel to and from your event. Extended travel incurs an additional fee, and overnight events can be seamlessly arranged.
